Mystery Shopper is a person who visits a variety of institutions, businesses and retail outlets in the guise of an ordinary client. The visit is carried out by a specific script of behavior accordingly to the legend (goal of visit), at the time of which the appearance (for the specified parameters) and the quality of work of the staff is evaluated. On the basis of visit, the special assessment form (questionnaire) is filled.

Each of you has an opportunity to become a Mystery Shopper, regardless of age, education, work and place of residence.

To do this, you just have to go through a simple registration process, after which your data fall into our database of Mystery Shoppers. And as soon as a suitable project in your area appears, we will contact with you.

The basic qualities that you should have:

  • discipline,
  • responsibility,
  • punctuality,
  • observation,
  • attentiveness,
  • good memory.

Your future responsibilities:

  • before running the job to read our instructions and guidance attentively,
  • within the time and in accordance with the instructions to do a visit,
  • at the end of the visit, provide data to complete the questionnaire.

The timetable of work is free, but may be limited time interval work. Mystery Shopper’s work is paid a piece rate. The payment depends on the complexity of the project and the amount of work performed.
